Delivery of Goods

1- Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery ( Bank Holidays excepted).

2- P&P prices quoted are for delivery to UK mainland locations only.

3- Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands will take approximately 3-5 working days for delivery.

4- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by our chosen carriers a signature is required.

5- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, to receive and sign for the goods.

6- All dates quoted for delivery should be treated as approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Company in writing.

7- If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Company adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer’s reasonable control or by reason the Company’s fault) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company may:

8.1- store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or

8.2- sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the Price or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price.
