The 5711 Fermostock can be installed in single units or combinations, allowing several configurations, including « L », « U », « T », and « + » layouts.
The 5711 Fermostock is designed for the food industry and complies with construction regulations, ensuring the highest hygienic standards. It is suitable for temperatures (when loaded) ranging from -40°C to +80C. Each polymer insert is dishwasher safe (maximum +100°C).
The maximum loading per shelf level (for an evenly distributed load) is 120 kg.
